WebHonestly though, it looks like too low of print temp and not enough material flowing that is leading to weak parts. As I said, I mostly print Inland PLA and ABS, and never have had problems of layers not bonding. Thinking you may be onto something. I raised temperature to 225c and infill is "stiff" now and not brittle.
