Aug 11, 2013 · WebJul 17, 2024 · So this is my spare truck, International Eagle 9200, with Cummins ISX signature pre EGR, I am not using this truck at the moment so usually I turn it over and let it run once a week and take it for a drive every 3-4 weeks.

It will go open and then come right back. Something you will NEVER see with a digital meter. You can also use it for testing for bad wiring harnesses and connectors. Same thing.
