WebFederal law requires that anyone purchasing Medical Restraints must either be a physician, a medical facility, or have an order from a physician. In order to process your order, Vitality Medical must receive a copy of the prescription. Prescriptions may be faxed to 801-733-5797. Orders will not be shipped without a prescription.
