As per the Junk messages - these are being reported by the user, however when speaking about phishing attempts, I see these emails as send by "*** Email … Webb28 apr. 2024 · You have to right-click the message choose junk then report as junk. Or you have to open the message to see the button - either opening it or having the reading pane turned on. Right clicking the message and clicking report as junk has nothing to do with the report message button located at the top on the ribbon.
