WebI am m24 and weight 185 lbs. I had a case of pneumonia two weeks ago and CT scans said masslike consolidation with reactive lymph nodes (1.2 cm) in the mediastinal and hilar region of my left lung. I took Antibiotics and I am doing good now. No more fever, no more cough, almost zero phlegm. I'm still thinking about those CT scans though. WebComplementary lung tumor tissue immunohistochemistry showed hCG (+). The final diagnosis was poorly differentiated carcinoma of the upper left lung (consistent with choriocarcinoma) with reactive hyperplasia of lymph nodes (18 cases).
