Webb5 mars 2008 · I should also mention that on Thursday, the day after the procedure, my doctor recommended I use Tylenol for the fever and take my pain medication as needed for the transient joint, bone and muscle pains. One week later I am doing very well - no fever - no transient pains. Only time will tell us if the Reclast did it's job, I sure hope so.

I received my first dose of Reclast last year (March) and am scheduled for my second infusion tomorrow. I had severe myalgia (sore muscles) for about a week with Reclast and that is a typical reaction by the way. I had some burning and soreness at the infusion site, for a day or two, again normal reaction.
